Ordering Supplies

Ordering Supplies and/or services under $5,000

Zoology faculty, staff, and students are authorized to make purchases with vendors for services and supplies when the total cost is under $5,000. Any faculty, staff or students making purchases on funds should have advance approval from the PI for purchases.

When purchasing from local direct-pay vendors, Zoology employees must have their OSU ID card at the time of purchase. The employee must also bring the receipt back, write the OSU index on it, and place it in Zoology's accounting mailbox THE SAME DAY. Local vendors where you can charge include: Bi-Mart, Albertson's, Robnett's, Radio Shack.
